Beneath the willow’s sweep, The Willow Tree embraces the festival’s biggest legends, communal singalongs and all-round electric moments. When dusk falls, the Evening Willow becomes a glowing amphitheatre of light and sound. The Apple Tree The Apple Tree is our culinary theatre for live demos, chef Q&As and plated tasting sessions. It’s where technique meets storytelling - watch chefs work, learn a trick or two, and taste the moment as it’s served.
