ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION
Legends for Good is committed to making everyone’s experience an enjoyable one and provides the following for our attendees with accessible needs to assist with ease of access throughout the festival.
ACCESS REQUIREMENTS, PERSONAL ASSISTANT (CARER) AND PROCESS
If you require a complimentary Personal Assistant (PA) ticket to attend Legends For Good, or have any other access requirements, please follow the processes outlined below.
PERSONAL ASSISTANT TICKETS
Personal Assistant tickets are only issued where the customer requires a significant and substantial amount of support from another person to attend the event. This support must be beyond what can reasonably be expected to be provided by friends and family already in attendance with you.
FOR ADULTS
Legends For Good will provide an Adult Standard Entry ticket free of charge ticket for an authorised Personal Assistant (PA). However will need to apply for the PA ticket and once authorised you will receive a confirmation and your ticket will be added to your booking.
You will need to:
- Purchase a ticket for every fee-paying member of your party
- Complete the Access Registration Form and submit along with required documentation (see below)
Please note: DO NOT purchase a ticket for the person coming as a PA as refunds are not permitted if any tickets are already pre-purchased for PAs.
If a complimentary PA ticket cannot be approved, then we can help you secure an additional ticket at the rate available at the time of your application.
FOR CHILDREN AND TEENAGERS
Complimentary tickets are available for all teenagers and children with access requirements that prove eligibility via the Access Registration Form.
For PA applications, the child’s ticket is complimentary.
The PA must pay for a full adult ticket.
A PA is someone aged 18 years and over.
If a complimentary PA ticket cannot be approved, then we can help you secure an additional ticket at the pricing rate available at the time of your application.

Alongside your completed access registration form, we can take the following types of documentation into account to award a Personal Assistant ticket.
For a complimentary essential Personal Assistant ticket for adults, we require documents dated within a year of the event.

CAMPSITE FACILITIES
Please note that a maximum of 6 people (including yourself and your Personal Assistant) may camp per pitch. This helps us make the best use of the available space and accommodate as many guests as possible. We kindly ask all groups to adhere to this limit.
There are accessible toilets and accessible showers (RADAR key required) at the campsite.
In addition to the facilities available on site, we will have a range of support facilities available for guests. Full details, including information about charging facilities for power wheelchairs and mobility scooters, will be published in our Access Guide closer to the event.
There will also be standard facilities for non-disabled campers, and it is politely requested that those campers do not use the accessible facilities.
EVENT SITE FACILITIES
GROUND CONDITIONS
Please do consider that Legends For Good is an outdoor event with grass fields and grounds with gradients/uneven surfaces, whilst we have made a great effort to provide facilities to accommodate for this there will inevitably be some areas that are hard to navigate.
PARKING
For customers with day tickets, there will be a designated Blue Badge car park located close to the circuit main entrance.
To request Blue Badge parking, simply order your parking as normal and send us a photo of the front and back of your Blue Badge, together with your booking reference number. We’ll then make the necessary amendments to your booking for you.
Please email us at: Access@legendsforgood.com
TOILETS
Accessible toilets and other accessible facilities will be available across the event site. Full details and locations of these facilities will be published in our Access Guide closer to the event.
We will also provide a Changing Places facility for guests who require additional space and support. This will include a height-adjustable changing bench, hoist, and space for Personal Assistants/support workers. As slings cannot be provided, guests should bring their own if required. Information on location, access arrangements and any additional facilities will be included in the Access Guide closer to the event.
VIEWING PLATFORMS & FAMILY ENCLOSURE
We will provide an accessible viewing platform primarily for wheelchair users.
Access to the platform is available on a first come, first served basis and cannot be pre-booked, reserved or pre-registered. During busy periods, a one-in, one-out system may be operated to ensure fair access for all guests.
Guests attending with a Personal Assistant are welcome on the platform; however, Personal Assistants and other companions will need to provide their own seating if required.
In addition to the platform, there will be a Family Enclosure for our neurodivergent fans, located within the grassed area at the front of the platform. This area is also available on a first come, first served basis, has a maximum capacity, and cannot be reserved or pre-booked.
Trolleys are not permitted on the viewing platform. Mobility Scooters are not permitted in the family enclosure. You can drive into the area, transfer to a chair and Access team will help move your Scooter to the parking area.
To ensure these facilities remain accessible to those who need them most, we kindly ask that guests do not reserve spaces for others. Further information about our accessible viewing facilities will be published in the Access Guide closer to the event.
ACCESS TO PERFORMANCE
Information about communication support services will be included in our Access Guide closer to the event. This guide will contain details of the facilities and support available to help you plan your visit.
NEURODIVERSITY
We will have relaxation activities and sensory spaces available for guests of all ages to enjoy during the event. Further information about these facilities, including locations and any available support services, will be published in our Access Guide closer to the event.
